By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge having read the terms and conditions below and accept them without reserve.
Products
All jewelry pieces listed on the website are handmade in France. Some pieces are made with gemstones beads. Gemstones are never exactly the identical to each other, therefore each jewelry piece is unique. The information (material, dimensions etc ...) are indicated in the description. Some adjustments may be possible for some products (length, gemstone etc..), for any specific request, please contact the workshop.

Payment
Payments are accepted on the website by credit card and Paypal (or checks for France only). Unless specifically arranged, any payment must be made within 48 hours of the order, otherwise your order will be canceled. The payments are made to Cécile COHEN (127 rue Amelot 75011 PARIS - FRANCE ). Transactions are encrypted and secure, no banking information is stored by the website.

Delivery
The jewerly pieces are packaged and delivered with a gift bag, carefully protected and shipped in a cardboard packaging with a tracking number. Orders are usually dispatched 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your order is shipped, you are notified by email and you receive the tracking number of your package.
- France : Free shipping for purchase over 45 euros
Shipping fees are offered for any purchase over 45 euros for recipient addresses located in mainland France. Orders are shipped by regular domestic mail with tracking. For orders below 45 euros, shipping fees will be charged.
Shipping upgrade with signature on delivery and insurance is available for orders over 60 euros (France only).
- Other countries :
Orders are shipped by international priority airmail with tracking. Delivery takes about 3-5 days (starting on the shipping date) for most countries of the European Union. For the other destinations, shopping time depends on the location and on the customs clearance process.
Important information for buyers outside European Union:
Please note that any customs fees or import duties (although rare) are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages shipped outside the European Union are always shipped with the CN22 customs form.
Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 15 day, if the product has not been worn of course (no refund can be made for products which have been worn). If you wish to return a product, you need to email us first. Then we will provide you the address and necessary information to send it back. After we have received and checked the product, the refund will be made by credit card or by Paypal. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
